These Terms of Use apply to the VYZEN Radio mobile application and related web pages. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
VYZEN Radio is a discovery and playback tool for publicly available internet radio streams. The app helps you browse stations by country, category, or search and play them through your device. Some features may be available without an account, while some cloud features may require optional sign-in.
2. Third-party radio streams and content
Radio streams, station names, websites, logos, artwork, and metadata belong to their respective owners. VYZEN Radio does not claim ownership over third-party broadcasts. Availability, quality, metadata, and artwork may change at any time depending on the broadcaster, location, network conditions, or third-party services.

3. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for lawful and personal purposes
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with radio streams, or abuse rewarded-ad, VIP, account, or cloud features
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app source code except where the law allows it
4. Ads and Silver VIP
The free experience may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Where available, completing an optional rewarded ad may unlock temporary Silver VIP benefits. Silver VIP is not a paid recurring subscription and its availability, duration, and included benefits may vary by current app configuration.
5. Gold VIP subscription
Gold VIP is an optional recurring subscription purchased and billed through Google Play. Google sign-in is required before purchase so the verified subscription can be linked to the correct VYZEN Radio account. Monthly and/or annual plans, introductory or promotional offers, and regional availability may be offered. The exact price, currency, billing period, eligibility, and any introductory terms shown by Google Play before purchase control the transaction.
Gold VIP automatically renews through Google Play unless you cancel it before the applicable renewal date. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid entitlement period unless Google Play, a refund, revocation, or another subscription lifecycle event ends access earlier.
Gold VIP includes the premium benefits shown in the app, including ad-free use, equalizer access, additional country access, and Advanced Android Auto. Silver VIP may provide the same non-vehicle premium benefits with Basic Android Auto during its temporary access period; the key access-level difference for Gold VIP is Advanced Android Auto. Current benefits are shown in the app.
Purchase and restore requests are validated against Google Play and the signed-in VYZEN Radio/Firebase account. Client-side state alone does not grant Gold VIP. Grace period, account hold, recovery, expiration, refund, revocation, and other Google Play subscription events may change entitlement status.
6. Account deletion, billing, and refunds
Deleting your VYZEN Radio account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play Gold VIP subscription. If you want to stop future billing, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play before or after deleting the VYZEN Radio account. Payments and eligible refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. VYZEN Radio does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account credentials.
7. Availability and disclaimers
VYZEN Radio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, station availability, metadata accuracy, or compatibility with every device, region, network, or Android Auto environment.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app, station catalog, legal pages, privacy flows, supported features, or these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version. We may also restrict or suspend access where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
