1. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Some features may change as we improve Dripvera.
2. Your account and photos
Keep your account secure and submit only photos you own or are allowed to use, including permission from identifiable people shown in them. Do not submit illegal, exploitative, intimate, hateful, violent or abusive content, and do not try to bypass purchase or security protections. Dripvera does not save analysis photos to your account or history.
3. Style feedback
Dripvera uses AI to give style and presentation feedback. Style is personal, so the result may differ from your own opinion and may sometimes be wrong. It is not medical, legal, safety, financial or other professional advice. Do not use Dripvera to identify someone, guess private or sensitive facts about them, or make serious decisions that affect them.
4. DripVera Gold and Google Play purchases
DripVera Gold is the in-app balance used for certain analyses and features. You buy Gold through Google Play, and we check the purchase before adding it to your balance. DripVera Gold cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user. Prices, taxes, refunds and payment methods follow Google Play rules and the law that applies to you.
5. Ownership and service changes
You keep your rights in photos you submit. VYZEN Labs and its licensors keep the rights in the Dripvera app, brand, software and service design. We may change, pause or discontinue features when needed for security, law, quality or operation, and we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Suspension, responsibility and law
We may limit access if there is serious or repeated misuse, fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where the law allows, Dripvera is provided as available. This does not remove any consumer rights that the law gives you where you live.
