1. Who operates Dripvera
Dripvera is operated by VYZEN Labs. This policy covers the Dripvera Android app, account functions, requested style analyses, purchases and account-deletion requests.
2. Information we use
To run Dripvera, we may use your account ID, basic app and device details, your settings, style scores and summaries, security records, and the information needed to confirm Google Play purchases. VYZEN Labs does not receive your full card number or full payment details.
3. What happens to your photos
You choose whether to send a photo for analysis. Before the analysis starts, we remove location details and other hidden information stored in the photo. When you ask for an analysis, the photo is sent securely to the AI service used to create your result. Dripvera does not save the analysis photo in your account or history, and VYZEN Labs staff do not normally view it.
4. Why information is used
We use this information to show your results, keep your account and private history working, protect the app, confirm Google Play purchases, stop fraud or the same balance being added twice, answer support requests and follow the law. We use Google services for sign-in, account features, app security and purchases. When you ask for an analysis, we also use an AI service to create the result.
5. History, retention and deletion
Your Dripvera history can contain scores, summaries, preferences and averages, but not the analysis photos themselves. Analysis summaries and related details may be kept for up to 30 days unless you delete them sooner. Some purchase, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be kept longer. Verified account-deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
6. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to send a photo, ask us to delete your account, and contact us if you want to see, correct or delete information about you. You can also use any other privacy rights available where you live. Dripvera is for users aged 13 or older. Only send photos you have the right and permission to use.
